Right from the very first reply to my intial email query by Kevin- I’ve been studiply impressed with how efficient, professional and thorough the Reboot That team were. All emails were answered quickly and throughly. The courier used to pick up my latop was punctual, very pleasant and came prepared with a lap top bag. My laptop was completely cleared of viruses and an itemised list of work was completed for the quoted price. Pay ment was very easy with Paypal. BUT- the one thing that sold it for me???? I’d forgotten to send my lap top password to turn it on and sent it after Kevin requested it via email. In the following chain to that reply, he had appropriately wiped my password- I’m assuming just in case my email was received by another person. A small gesture maybe- but very telling for me about how thorough and professional Reboot That, & particularly Kevin, were! Well Done guys…. I will definietly use you again (when I inadvertently load a virus onto my lap top again because I’m a litte-less-than IT savvy!!!”;)
