I was delighted with Reboot. Kevin Aboot came immediately on line, asked for details of my problems. Said he could pick up my computer by 3.00 and as I desperately needed it that evening would make a special effort and return it then. He arrived on time and returned the computer after 7.00 as he said he would.The viruses had been removed and the next day ( a Saturday) when I had problems attaching my laptop to my monitor he responded to my telephone call at once.
