I had a number of issues with my laptop including the disk drive not working, the speakers not working, and slow overall performance (laptop is only 1 year old!). The service provided by Reboot that was very efficient and professional. They kept me updated with texts which I fould very helpful, especially when there was an unexpected delay in fixing my disk drive due to the laptop being purchased in Australia. Value for service compared to cost I thought was excellent, and would highly recommend for any laptop service.

The laptop was picked up really quickly, and Kevin, who was in charge of my case let me choose time and place & was generally very helpful. The machine was not only fixed but also cleaned, and it works as new now. I was impressed by the communication – my initial email got a very quick response, and throughout the time my laptop was with Reboot That I got constant updates on its status.
