On-site support*
- Contract with less than 5 hours PCM
- Contract between 5 and 10 hours PCM
- Contract between 10 and 15 hours PCM
- Contract with more than 15 hours PCM
Standard on-site support (Monday to Friday 8:30am until 5:30pm)
- £75 per-hour
- £70 per-hour

Overtime on-site support (Weekends - Bank holidays - 5:30pm until 8:30am)
- £125 per-hour

Remote support
